We take seriously your interest in how your information is collected and used. Please read the following to understand about our privacy practices.

Who we are

We operate the website TheMillennialstar.com, its subdomains and its related features (“Site“,  “we“, “our” or “us” – the “Services“).

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices of our Site, whether accessed through a computer, tablet, smartphone or other device (individually or collectively, “Device” or “Devices”). If we make a significant change in the way we collect, use or share your information, the change will be posted on this page thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. We will also update the “Last Updated” date to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Services after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified. Your access of the Services for the limited and exclusive purpose of reviewing this Privacy Policy does not constitute your acceptance of this Privacy Policy unless you make any further use or access of our Services.

All of the information we collect may be collected directly by us, or it may be collected by a vendor providing contractual services to us, such as a service provider.

1. Information You Provide to Us.

We may collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us while using our Services, including information you send to us by email or other platforms in connection with a feature provided through the Services. This may include information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone numbers, birthdate and gender. • information that you provide within an advertisement on one of our Services; and
  • information contained in search requests that you submit through our Services.

2. Information that is Automatically Collected.

We also collect and store information that is generated automatically as you use our Services. Some examples of this type of information include:

2.a Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

2.d Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

Additionally, we may assign an anonymous identifier to the tracking pixel or session cookie.

We, along with third parties, may use other kinds of technologies, such as local storage, in connection with our Services. These technologies are similar to the cookies discussed above in that they are stored on your device and can be used to store certain information about your activities and preferences. The method for disabling local storage will vary depending on your browser and device.

Collection of Information by Service Providers and Third-Party Advertising Service Providers

Our service providers and third-party advertising service providers may use their own cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect the information listed above from our Services. The data collected in connection with the ad serving and ad targeting through our Services does not include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, birthdate or gender unless you affirmatively provide information within the ad. These service providers also may assign an anonymous identifier to the tracking pixel or session cookie.

The collection of information by our service providers and third-party advertising service providers is governed by their relevant privacy notices, for which we have no responsibility or liability, and are not covered by our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding the privacy notice of one of our service providers, you should contact the service provider directly for more information.
